Set the business time zone and download statements#
Choose the time zone that decides where budget days and months begin, and find your monthly invoices and allocation statements.
Before you begin#
- To change the time zone, you need the Owner or Admin role.
- To download statements, you need the Owner, Admin or Account Manager role.
Set the business time zone#
- In the sidebar, open Manage > Details and stay on the General tab.
- Unlock editing with the lock control next to Business time zone.
- Choose a time zone from the list. The default is
Europe/Amsterdam. - Save. A Business time zone updated message confirms the change.
Result: budget days and months, statistics periods and monthly project limits now start at midnight in this time zone. ATLAS doesn't recalculate statements for months that are already closed.
Download statements#
- In the sidebar, open Statistics > Billing.
- Select a month. The current month is a live preview. Closed months are frozen.
- Download what you need:
- The monthly invoice PDF, from the Documents column on the Invoices tab.
- The AI subscriptions estimate, from the same column. It appears only if you use your own provider accounts, and it's informational, not an invoice.
- The internal allocation per Unit, on the Internal allocation tab, once the month is closed.
- The contract revision PDFs, on the Contract tab. They appear once your organisation has a contract revision.
- Statements of deleted projects, in the Cost reports of deleted projects card on the Invoices tab.
Managers of a Unit find the allocation statements for their Unit on the Cost reports tab of the Unit space.
