View your usage#

See what your own AI use has cost, how many tokens and requests you've used, and how much budget is left.

Before you begin#

  • You belong to an organisation and have it selected as your active organisation. Without one, My usage shows nothing.
  • You've sent at least one request, through an API key or the chat.

See your usage#

  1. In the Personal group of the sidebar, choose My usage.
  2. Pick the period with the time-range picker at the top right:
    • The Rolling tab has the last 7, 30, 90 or 180 days.
    • The Calendar tab has This Month, Previous Month, Last 6 Months and Year to Date.
    • For a custom period, choose a start and end date. Switch on Include time to set the time of day as well.
  3. Read the spend summary and the budget card beside it. The budget card always shows your current budget period, whatever range you picked. Spend figures stay in the normal text colour below 80% of budget, turn amber from 80% and red at 100% or more.
  4. Switch the chart between Cost, Tokens and Requests, and between Accumulated (a running total, with a dashed forecast for the current month) and Interval (per time bucket).
  5. Scroll down to the rankings: top spaces, top projects, Top Models, your own API keys and the Cost Breakdown.
  6. To see the individual requests behind a figure, open My conversations in the same group.

Result#

You see only requests attributed to you in the active organisation: those made with your personal keys and in the chat. Traffic from project keys and from other people is never included, even if you're an Admin. Figures aren't added up across organisations. Switch organisation to see another one.

Good to know#

  • If the page says "No requests in this period. Pick a wider range, or send a request through the gateway.", widen the range, or create an API key and send a request.
  • Failed and cancelled requests count towards tokens and cost when they reached a provider, because it may already have consumed tokens. Refused requests cost nothing. See Pricing and cost.
  • The forecast appears only when there are at least 7 days of recent usage.
